1. Registration is scheduled to open until November 11, 2025, but may be extended or closed early due to the availability of seats. A list of accepted participants will be posted on the ITH Website (click here, redirecting to Chinese version) on November 14, 2025. Walk-ins are not allowed. The organizer reserves the right to modify and interpret rules regarding this event.
2. For environmental reasons, the conference will only distribute handbooks containing conference schedule, rules of procedure, and Chinese paper abstracts.
3. Attendees must wear their name badges during the entire conference to facilitate identification by the staff.
4. The conference does not provide beverage cups. Attendees must bring their own cups.
