The Annual Bibliography of Taiwan History Research is a publishing series launched by the Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica in 2005. This 2021 issue contains 1,466bibliographical records of scholarly works related to Taiwan History published mostly in 2021, which includes 390 records of monographs and collections of essays, 915 periodical articles and book reviews, 161 master and doctoral dissertations. The records are divided into six categories, which are generalities, politics, economy, society, culture, and historical materials, and under each category, there are 5 sections, including general history, prehistoric and early history, Qing dynasty, Japanese colonial period, and post-war period.
