The Annual Bibliography of Taiwan History Research is a publishing series launched by the Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica in 2005. This 2020 issue contains 1,561 bibliographical records of scholarly works related to Taiwan History published mostly in 2020, which includes 410 records of monographs and collections of essays, 973 periodical articles and book reviews, 178 master and doctoral dissertations. The records are divided into six categories, which are generalities, politics, economy, society, culture, and historical materials, and under each category, there are 5 sections, including general history, prehistoric and early history, Qing dynasty, Japanese colonial period, and post-war period.
