The Annual Bibliography of Taiwan History Research is a publishing series launched by the Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica in 2005. This 2023 issue contains 1,443 bibliographical records of scholarly works related to Taiwan History published mostly in 2023, which includes 313 records of monographs and collections of essays, 976 periodical articles and book reviews, 154 master and doctoral dissertations. The records are divided into six categories, which are generalities, politics, economy, society, culture, and historical materials, and under each category, there are 5 sections, including general history, prehistoric and early history, Qing dynasty, Japanese colonial period, and post-war period.
